Captain Stephen Arthur Rusch was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, with Oak Leaf Cluster, for his extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight. He served as a Weapon Systems Officer and was assigned to the 4TH TAC FTR SQDN, 366TH TAC FTR WING, 7TH AF.
