Financials and Policies

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund takes our stewardship of your donations seriously.  The programs we fund are designed to help us achieve our mission of preserving the legacy of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, promoting healing and educating about the impact of the Vietnam War.

Our audit committee meets regularly, and its members lend their financial expertise to the goal of using VVMF’s funds wisely and ensuring that our financial information is transparent and accessible to any interested parties.

Below you will find copies of VVMF’s Annual Report, audited financial statements and 990s—the most recent versions, as well as reports going back several years. We appreciate your support of VVMF and look forward to partnering with you in the future on our important programs.

Our independent auditors have completed a financial review related to the Education Center project, spanning 2002-2018.  The complete report is available for review.

Also, please see the statement from the Board of Directors.
