It's that day again Fred.
You were hit but held on for a few days.
We lost three great men and fine soldiers from that day's action.
You are on my mind today.
Rest in peace Brother.

May 7th
It’s that day again - 55 years later.
You hung on for a few more days, but this bad day is what I remember.
You are in my thoughts frequently, but today is different.
As the years go by, more of us fall in ranks with you.
Until then, rest in peace brother.

Time marches on Brother, 54 years!
Time you were not allowed.
May 7th is the day you were hit along with several of your Brothers.
I still think often of you and our other Brothers as we begin to assemble again.
Rest in peace until we meet again.
