Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrance from your high school prom date Cathy is poignant. As long as you are remembered you will remain in our hearts forever...

Thank You

Dear Cpl Joseph Bugar,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Your 48th anniversary in heaven is in a couple of weeks. Be at peace. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

You are not forgotten.

I graduated with you Joe and was in country when you gave the ultimate sacrifice. I am one of a group of Coatesville Vietnam Veterans who speak of you and your sacrifice often. We visit you at the wall each veteran's day. This past week John P. took a picture of your name on the wall as requested by a very old and dear friend of yours from high school, Walt Mc. Walt became very emotional when presented the picture of your name. In our hearts and minds you will never be forgotten God bless.

I still remember you

I was Joey's senior prom date. There was never a sweeter guy, a true gentleman. I was a lucky girl that night. I'll always remember you with fondness, Joey.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear CPL Joseph Edward Bugar Jr, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

With respect, Sir

Curt Carter
