Served with Dick MIshuk
I was in boot camp in San Diego with Dick Mishuk starting in November 1965. We trained together and boarded a ship to Vietnam in April '66. Upon arrival in Danang our unit was split as Dick and others went to 3rd Marines just North of Danang and me and several more went to 1st Marines located south of Danang at Chu Lai. While in Vietnam we heard a report of Dick being an MIA and believe me our hearts were heavy. I remember a fine intelligent young man and an excellent Marine. It was an honor to have trained with him and to know him for those few months. Semper Fidelis

Thank You
Dear Ssgt Richard Mishuk, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Your 54th anniversary just passed, sad. You are still MIA. Please come home. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Happy Halloween. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Be at peace.
