I served with Chris in The First Air Cav company A .I was a Sargent in his platoon I left a month before his death. He was a great leader and a good guy I was truly sad to hear of his death . He was very proud of his family heritage.

Chris and I were dependents living at Camp Chinen, Okinawa, 1961-62, ninth grade, Kubasaki High School. I knew him one year only; my family was reassigned in 1962. I know his family was proud of him.

Chris and I were in the first grade together in Germany. I’ve always remembered us as childhood friends.
