I so appreciate seeing remembrances left by caring patriots...
I live in Santa Fe NM - and our daughter Michele lives in central Colorado... Life is good for each of us and even after 52 years + - I remember and am grateful for his life and leaving me Michele... Please check the website for my book, www.thereluctantsorority.com about Mike, me and Vietnam. Blessings to all who come to this site.

THANKS

Dear Captain Michael Chwan,
Thank you for your service as a Pilot. I am glad you were identified in 1985. Welcome Home. Happy Thanksgiving. This is the month that we remember all those who have passed-on. We remember you. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembered and Loved

Today, an opinion piece that I wrote for Michael and Memorial Day was printed on page 1 of the Commentary section in The Santa Fe New Mexican, our daily paper. The editor titled it: In War, No Winners. Michael's photo is shown in the front seat of a jet, probably a T-38 or trainer aircraft. There is a link to this piece on page one of my website: www.thereluctantsorority.com
52 years after his death, he still remains 26 years old in the memory of those of us who knew and loved him.
