I appreciate having this site so our service members can be honored with a remembrance. It has been almost 59 years now since Mike's death in Vietnam on September 30, 1965. He lives on in the hearts of those who remember. I invite you to visit the website for the book, The Reluctant Sorority, which I wrote about our life and others who died in Vietnam. I am the Curator of the POW/MIA Bracelet Display in the Vietnam Hangar of the Palm Springs Air Museum in Palm Springs, California where we now have over two thousand bracelets honoring POWs, MIAs and KIAs and would be honored to include your bracelet in our Display should you have one. If you no longer have your bracelet or wish to keep yours or are an immediate family member (spouse, fiancé, sibling, child, grandchild, cousin, niece, nephew, or close friend) I can order one for the Display in your name with funds donated by our Museum visitors.

I am from your home town of Bayonne NJ. My Father also died in Vietnam. Every Father's I place a red rose for him during the Father's Day ceremony. This year the first rose I picked up was yours's. A piece of Wall magic they say. God Bless your family

Thank you for remembering Michael. It has been almost 57 years now since his death in Vietnam in 1965. I honor him this Memorial Day and focus on the good times we shared together and feel gratitude for his presence in my life. I now live in Colorado with my daughter, Michele, and her husband.
