Treasured Memory
My friend & I took Billy out on the town the night before he left. He was a friend to all & loved by many.
The mood was hopeful.
My brother & fiance hadn't left, yet, & we didn't know the deep fear that was to come.
Now, there is a big hole in my sole, because Billy didn't get to come home! It was the start of our deep fear that lasted for years.
I am so very thankful for his service, & even more thankful for his life!
Rest In Peace, Billy, your memory lives on as we treasure your sweet friendship forever.

We Will Remember
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
