Chuck, I Remember!
Chuck's son called me today! Please check the new e-mail address I have entered and write me!
We served together on Okinawa in 1963 and we served together at Force Logistics Command in Vietnam in 1968. I was working with Chuck about an hour before he was KIA. It tore me up then and it still does! Chuck, I remember you well. You were all Marine! And you will not be forgotten!

My Father
Dad,
I will always remember you as my hero. I did not get the chance to really get to know you, being so young when your life was taken. I missed out on alot of things without you, but will always think of you as my hero. I never really got the chance to tell you that of my feelings for you. Thank you for the supreme gift that others may live in freedom. I love you! Your son.

Your Dad
I am an old school friend of his son, Chuck, and daughter Charlene. How it must be to know that your Dad was a hero. I remember so clearly that timeframe and have thought of it often.
Chuck, if you ever read this, please write me. Ann

NATIVE AMERICAN PRAYER
It is said a man hasn't died as long as he is remembered. This prayer is a way for families, friends and fellow veterans to remember our fallen brothers and sisters.
Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning hush, I am the swift, uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight, I am the stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there, I did not die.

God Bless You
Dear Soldier,
I am doing a Project in my APB and Consumer class and we have to write remembrances for as many Vietnam Veterans as we want. You fought in this war and gave your Supreme Sacrifice. I admire everyone that didn’t or did have the choice to fight in this war. I want to let you know that you are in my thoughts and will never be forgotten.
God Bless You,
Amanda Kinney
