THE WALL OF FACES

I will always visit you for VETERANS DAY. It has been 53 years since we served in Vietnam. I still see the faces of the 2 Vietnamese 7- & 9-year-old brothers every day. I wish I had died and was left over there and that you were the one that walked off that plane and went home to your family.

We honored our brother, as well as all veterans, this week by participating in the 40th Anniversary of the Reading Of The Names at the Wall in Washington, DC. You may be gone, but will never be forgotten! With love, Your sisters, Lois & Iris

You gave your life to protect & guarantee the freedom of others. I will never forget you and I hope we will meet and be together again. You are always in my thoughts and dreams. I was not able to look you up this past MEMORIAL DAY because I went on a 1-month drunk again trying to forget 53 years ago.

Once again we are honored to pay tribute to our brother for making the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom! We honor not only those who lost their lives, but also the thousands who fought and returned. They are all heroes and should never be forgotten.

Cousin it was 52 years ago when you and I were in Vietnam and I did not know that you were there and nobody told me about you being there or what happen to you until I got out of the service. I always think about you and still wish it was you that walked out of there instead of me. I will always visit you during memorial day weekend and hope to be with you soon.
