MIA Bracelet
I was 12 when I started wearing my bracket with Martin name on it. I had written to his mother a few times. While going thru some boxes the other day I came upon the bracelet. I would love to get it back to his family.

I WORE YOUR BRACELET
I, too, wore your bracelet in your honor - wore it every day. It became routine for me to wear and was honored to wear it on your behalf. I was a teenager and remember the newspaper lists of the MIA, POW, KIA.. Thank you for your service, your courage and the sacrifice of your family. I see the photo of the two little boys, and my heart breaks for them.

I wore a bracelet in your honor.
I wore Martin Vanden Ekyle's POW bracelet for years while in high school. When they released prisoners in 1973 I watched them for hours hoping to see him come home. I still have the bracelet with his name. The moving wall is coming to our area this weekend and I want to visit and see his name. Blessings to his family.
