HAPPY 72ND BIRTHDAY!
Years gone by , and you would have been 72 today. My sister, Glenda said she remembered you from years past from Okinawa. She did attend with me and my family to your service. You'll always be eternally remembered, and will be in my heart and prayers forever and ever. . . with love. . . C. O. Yim

YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN . . . HAPPY 51st ANNIVERSARY!
Steve, Another year... 51 yrs. you have been gone from us. My brother Joe (Vietnam vet you met in 1969) should be in your company. Missed both you very much. Years come and go, but my memories of you are still fresh. Carmen from Okinawa called me yesterday because my mom just past away. She recalled chaperoning us wherever we went out. I reminded her if she remembered that she came with us to my graduation and the after party. It was hosted by one of my classmates at her house, and her father was the Chaplin no less. We laugh with tears. Great memories sharing with Carmen. We both expressed "like it was just yesterday." You're remembered forever, and will always remain in my heart with love . . . Cely

FOREVER IN MY HEART . . .
04/20/20; 50th ANNIV... I met Steve when I was 17 when my dad (U.S. Army) was stationed in Okinawa. A friend brought Steve to our high school dance and introduced us. We became inseparable and asked me to be his girlfriend. He attended all of my school functions, Sweetheart Formals, PROM, 18th B-day, and H.S. Graduation. Back in stateside(CA) we got engaged during his R&R. He trained at FT Lewis, WA then back to CA for LAX flight to Vietnam. We were to get married on Aug 1970, but received a telegram " KIA on 04/20/1970." TAPS, a final salute... I buried My LOVE, My HERO at FT Rosecrans, S. Diego. Steve, you will never be forgotten. RIP. I will always treasure your love forever and ever in my heart . . . CELY
