Thank You

Dear PFC Edward Ramos, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Independence Day just passed. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

My Memories of Edward Ramos

Edward and I went to school together from the first grade until high school. Edward and I became friends in 8th grade when Mrs.Johnson paired us as partners in a weekly blackboard diagraming bee. He called”Miss Kelley. I called him Edward. In high school he was an outstanding football defensive player. Unfortunately there was no offensive counterpart. As I recall Edward dropped out of school after football season of our senior year He was dead before our Senior graduation.
Vietnam was not worth losing Edward Ramos.
