Never forget!
Danny was a good friend who always had a smile on his face and would wave a hand to everyone. I grew up with Danny in Croton-on Hudson NY. I and others fought to get Danny's name on the Veterans Monument in Croton, NY after a couple of years of battle Danny and Carl Hixon were placed in Honor with Veterans of World War one World War Two and the Korean war. Danny a Navy Corpsman and Carl a Marine. I will always think of Danny and his great big smile and his wave of his hand.

NATIVE AMERICAN PRAYER
It is said a man hasn't died as long as he is remembered. This prayer is a way for families, friends and fellow veterans to remember our fallen brothers and sisters. When you awaken in the morning hush, I am the swift, uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight, I am the stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there, I did not die
