Joe, there is NEVER a day goes by that I don't remember you & your family & what you meant to Kim & my family! Thank you for being my cousin in law(although formally I was robbed of that honor ) for being the person I looked up to, and for always letting me "tag" along on your dates with Kim in the corvette Joe I miss you, your laughter and hugs! Thank You

Dear Sgt Joseph Peters, Thank you for your service as an Armor Reconnaissance Specialist with the 1st Cavalry. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. The 46th anniversary of the fall of Saigon is in 2 days. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

NCO School

Joe, We were the best of friends at Fort Knox, KY during NCO School. We wanted to be Green Berets, but missed it by one day. I went to the 101st Airborne when we arrived in Vietnam on the same flight. I miss you buddy and always will.
