Brother Mac

Terry - the boys still get together every month. We’re down to 4. Brother Brett left us a few years ago. We will never forget you and the crazy wild high school days we spent together. We named our 1st son after you -
Terrace Michael. You’ll never be forgotten by your Hartford Brothers.

Carrying on the Sky Soldier tradition.

Uncle Terry, I believe you would be happy to know your grand-nephew, my son, Thomas Dermott Roy, has been assigned to your old unit; 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry. He is a Sky Soldier with 1st Rock - he wears your silver wings on his dress uniform and jumps in your memory. Rest easy, they are in good hands.

Never To Be Forgotten

I was with you August 3rd , we were crossing the river when you were wounded on the river bank. I went to 67th Evac Hospital to see you and other members of our company . I spoke with you that day for the last time and I remember telling you that you would be going home soon and never thought you would die from your wounds... I was shocked when I found out later that you were Killed In Action . My Heartfelt Condolences to your Parents, Family and Friends.... I will never forget our conversation that morning at 67th Evac ... Peace Brother ..Rest In Peace Sir.
