I was with Dale that day

Not a day has gone by that I have not thought about him. If any family or friends would like to contact me, please post something here and I will respond. I don't remember "Doc" Stitzel.

He lived next door

He lived next door to me for years. We did elementary and junior high together. We went to our elementary school 'graduation' party together, arriving, separating, sticking with our same sex groups, and then joining up to walk home together. Typical 12 year olds on a 'first date'. He was the first of my friends to die across the sea. Obviously, I still think about him and pray for the repose of his soul.

The uncle I never knew

Dale Bennett is my uncle and I never got to meet him. Mark Stitzel, if you ever come to this page, please contact me. I will leave my email below. My mom was very young when he died and she would like to talk to someone that knew him. Thank you to the people that have left comments for my uncle. He is greatly missed.
