honoring you....

A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam
And for a brief moment its glory
and beauty belong to our world
But then it flies again
And though we wish it could have stayed...
We feel lucky to have seen it.

Thank You

Dear PFC Warren Miller, Thank you for your service as an Indirect Fire Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is the Last Week of Advent, which is love. Christmas is soon, Merry Christmas. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

From an old grammar school classmate

Dear Warren,
From my heart I would like to thank you for you service. Far too many good
young men have lost their lives before they even begun, due to this war. My
younger brother Cpl. Richard H. Greene U.S.M.C. was also killed in Viet Nam,
and I miss him terribly. Your sister Corinne is a friend of mine and we share the
same pain of losing a brother, Fear not for you will never be forgotten,You are
always in our hearts and always on our minds.
God Bless ---Till we all meet again someday ,
Nancy ( Greene ) Levenhagen

Mr.

Warren was 1 month 2 days younger than I. We used to talk now and then. Before been shipped to Viet Nam he was working at supply so he liked my dress hat and sent it to Sally his girl friend. While in Viet Nam a couple of weeks we were talking about R&R. I was going to Bangkok and he was going to Hawaii. I ask him; why was he going to Hawaii. He told me that his sister and fiancé were meeting him there. The day before his death I was sent back to base camp due to an infection I had. So I could say that probably that infection save my life. According to what I heard the company was ambushed in that danced jungle.
