Remembering An American Hero
Dear SP4 Martin John Begosh, sir
As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir
Curt Carter

My brother
Not a day goes by, that I don't think about you. You taught me how to drive your Ford Fairlane, with "three on the tree", on Rockville Pike when I was only 15 years old. You taught me how to ride a motorcycle. You let your little punk brother hang out with you. You don't know how much that meant to me. It's hard to believe you were only 20 years old when you were taken from us. You did so much in such a short period of time. You are still a legend in Rockville and Marty, You are the Man!
