I have worn Major Lemons bracelet
I grew up in the Air Force. My father served 24 years, retired a Master Sargent. I was born in Spain, lived in several states in the U.S., and spent my high school years in Japan, where I received my bracelet for one Maj. Jeffrey Charles Lemon. I always wondered if he had ever been found. I still wear my bracelet to this day. I have lived in Illinois since I was 19, not sure how far Flossmoor is from East Moline but I'm going to look on the map. Truly happy I looked his name up and that we have the technology to do that or I would never have seen his picture and to know others were still thinking of him also.

If I should die...remembrances for MAJ. Jeffrey Charles LEMON, USAF...who made the ultimatesacrifice
If I should die, and leave you here awhile, be not like others, sore undone, who keep long vigils by the silent dust, and weep...for MY sake, turn again to life, and smile...Nerving thy heart, and trembling hand to do something to comfort other hearts than thine...Complete these dear, unfinished tasks of mine...and I, perchance, may therein comfort you.
