THE WALL OF FACES

Dear John,
20 years ago at 9:30 pm I watched as you passed away. Something I will never
forget. You were only 56 years old! You were such a strong support to your new family

I went to Messiah Lutheran Church, the same church John went to. He was older than I and he made a lasting impression on me. He was alway kind and soft spoken and had a knack of making a person feel like he/she was important. I will never forget him.
On a side note, I moved to Alaska back in 99. I married a lady who was born up here. Her brother was in the Viet Nam war as well. He served on the USS Sanctuary while in the Navy. John was on the ship when my brother in law was serving. I know many soldiers passed through the Sanctuary, and my brother in law seen many of them. I would like to think they met.
Rest in Peace John.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrances from your wife Lynn attest to her love and respect for you. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us.....

I graduated with John in 65. I got out of the service in 68. John helped me find a Job when I got out.

Happy Birthday to my Angel John! You left us all way to
soon.
I know you enjoyed your birthday's but I believe it was
the ice cream and cake!!
You left us at age 56 and today you would of been 71!
May the Angel's shake the Heaven's singing to you today!
