Each Memorial Day I think of you

I was a little girl from your church, and so proud that you went to serve, just like my Uncle Dib did. He came home pretty much intact. But you didn't, and as a 7 year old, I was sad for your mom and dad and sister. May you never be forgotten.

Almost 50 years have passed

After all the years since you were KIA in Nam I never forget the times we had getting our God and Country awards at church. I too was in the Army then but knowing of your fate was able to get orders for Germany. I think of you often old friend.
