My mother was given 1Lt Carter Howell’s MIA Bracelet in 1972. She wore it until January 30, 1975 when she passed away ftom Mutiple Myeloma. I was in my senior year at St Francis Prep High School. I have worn your bracelet since then. I am a retired Major who served in Iraq in the invasion from 2003 to 2004. I wore your bracelet the whole time over there. This is my 3rd replacement in 45 years. I have never forgotten you.
