Family Pride

Michael Banovez Jr is my uncle. I never had an opportunity to meet him; he died before I was born. I am so very honored to be his niece. Would be very interested to hear stories of him from those who served with him & knew him well.

Semper fi, Brother

Cpl. Michael Banovez, Jr. served with the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines, Mike Co. He was Killed In Action during Operation HASTINGS. His name stands proud on the Mike 3/5 Wall of Honor. Semper fi, Brother Marine. We will never forget.
