Jerry Wayne Gentry Honored by the Atlanta Vietnam Veterans Business Association (AVVBA)
On May 24, 2007, Gerry Wayne Gentry was honored for his heroic contributions and sacrifice in the Republic of South Vietnam. Lieutenent General (Ret.) Steven L. Arnold gave the keynote address to Pfc. Gentry's mother and family members. Four of Wayne's platoon members came to the ceremony to give a personal account of his heroic actions and death.
