Dear Sgt David Garcia,
Thank you for your service as a Cannon Crewmember. Today is Election Day. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

My dear nephew, what a beautiful little boy you were, I was only 9 yrs. older than you and i used to play with you. Everyone loved you very much, you were the first grandchild and nephew in our family. Your aunt Cecilia would read stories to you, and when you saw her again you would say "Tell me ada tree bears!" I used to play with you and I would pretend to be Superman, later when I took off my cape you would say "Gone identity?" I don't understand why God took you away frrom us at such a young age, you were only a boy! I hope you are safe and happy in heaven with your parents and all our loved ones where no one can ever harm you again, I pray to you Lord, amen.

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
