THE WALL OF FACES

I'll think of you always and about all the fun we used to have. We will always be close. You were my big brother-I miss you. I still have a lot of friends that think of you. You were truly a hero.

My friendship with Roger was like his life, too short. I take comfort in thinking of the times we shared together.

As a fellow Buckeye, I say "THANK YOU"

As a Veteran, I say "JOB WELL DONE"

As an American, "YOUR DEATH WAS NOT IN VAIN"

And as a Believer, "YOUR SPIRIT IS ALIVE AND STRONG"

Again, thank you for your honorable service, contribution, and most sacred of sacrifices given this great country of ours! PEACE MY FRIEND

Roger: Hi this is your kid sister Kathy i was only 15 when you were taken from us i turned 15 on the 7th of july i recieved your last letter on the 14th that nite they told us you were missing i will never forget that day or nite i miss you so much iv wonderd how close we would be . i miss you very much i think of you all the time

YOU WERE IMPORTANT IN OUR LIVES AS YOU INTRODUCED GAIL AND I. I TOOK YOU TO THE BUS THAT DAY YOU JOINED THE ARMY NOT KNOWING WE WOULD EVER SEE YOU AGAIN. WE HAVE NEVER FORGOTTEN YOU AND OUR LOVE IS STILL AS STONG AS IT WAS IN JUNE OF 1965. WE THINK OF YOU AND WILL NEVER FORGET A FRIEND LIKE YOU. GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU SAFE FOREVER.. JIM AND GAIL
