Gone but not forgotten!

I was 10 years old when you were drafted in the army, the day before our mother's birthday. I still have the little necklace you give me the day before you left for basic training.

Thank You

Dear Ssgt Walter Ferguson,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. You are still MIA. PLEASE COME HOME.
It is Labor Day weekend, and we remember you all. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Be at peace.

MIA/POW bracelet

Wore your bracelet for a long time. Gave it to a friend who wanted one from NY. Nice to have a face to go with it. Wish you had been among the returned.
