Final Mission of PFC Arthur R. Ewing
PFC Arthur R. Ewing was an infantryman serving with A Company, 3rd Battalion, 8th Infantry. On September 27, 1967, PFC Ewing was on a combat operation with his unit in Pleiku Province, RVN, when he died by suffocation after the tunnel he was searching caved in. [Taken from coffeltdatabase.org]
