Semper Fi Forever

In my time it seems wars are fought by the older, experienced generation in our country. It reminds me of how different our nation was when I learned about you. A marine and at the same age as I am. You gave your last full measure of devotion on March 30, 1967. Yet, I'm 18 and I can't ever picture being in your position. A junior in high school who enjoys playing basketball, going off to a war in a far off country. I am forever inspired by your bravery and courage. Though you were only in our world a brief time, America can never forget PFC Albert G. Anter.
