I have your POW/MIA bracelet from high school & honor you so often. I am so thrilled to hear your story. I have tried to contact your family through official channels but never got any response.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. I am heartened you returned home though I wish it had been under very different circumstances. May you rest in eternal peace.

Today I went through a safe deposit box I hadn't visited in years.
In it my Mother had placed a copy of a letter from " Warriors Inc. U.S. Veterans Affairs POA and MIA Awareness" The letter tells Captain Danielson's story. Then I remembered the metal bracelet my Mother had with Captain Danielson's name, rank and date missing in action. I remember my Mom asking us kids to pray for him and his Family. So I came here. Thank you Sir for your service and sacrifice for our country. I see that you were a handsome courageous and intelligent man. And you are loved and remembered. God Bless you Sir I hope to meet you on the other side. I will keep that letter and teach my children about you and why we must always remember.
