Dear Sp4 John Curtin,
Thank you for your service as a Personnel Specialist. Today is St. Patrick's Day. Happy St. Pat's. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

You were one of the brave that answered the call. You honored us by your service and sacrifice. We now honor you each time we stand and sing the words “THE LAND OF THE FREE AND THE HOME OF THE BRAVE”. Rest in Peace and Honor John.

Jay how much has changed. Of course you have met mom and dad in heaven. As you know Hopatcong puts on a very patriotic Memorial Day parade. 2 years ago they finally erected momument entitled "Fallen Heroes" and it is a good granite rock from Vermont[ remember we saw those quarries when we kids. And mom and dad drove up there for our summer vacation? ] And there is a street right across the street from Pratt's . Named Sgt John Curtin III Way. But then you probably have seen it.Jay Lord knows how much I miss you words cannot express how lonely I am T ill I write to you again.
