THE WALL OF FACES

Specialist Four Douglas Eugene Crooks, Served with Company C, 504th Military Police Battalion, 16th Military Police Group, 18th Military Police Brigade, United States Army Vietnam.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Dear Sp4 Douglas Crooks,
Thank you for your service as Military Police. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Doug was in my arms on April 2, 1971. A warrior, a family man, a military cop and a friend. Rest in piece.
