Handwritten note dedicated to U.S. Army Corporal (CPL) Harold Dean Housker. The note is dedicated, "In Memory of Cpl. Harold Housker / Minnesota", is, "from your Norwegian-American relative, Ann Isenberg", and reads, "I'm sorry that we will never have the chance to meet. / God Bless You." The artifact was left at The Wall along with an associated Norwegian national flag pennant (VIVE (10441)) by Ann Isenberg between October - November 1987.

THE OBJECT CONSISTS OF A NOTE HANDWRITTEN IN BLACK INK AND CURSIVE SCRIPT UPON THE OBVERSE OBJECT SURFACE OF A ROUGHLY-TORN SCRAP OF WHITE, UNLINED PAPER. THE NOTE IS DEDICATED, "IN MEMORY OF CPL. HAROLD HOUSKER / MINNESOTA", IS, "FROM YOUR NORWEGIAN-AMERICAN RELATIVE, ANN ISENBERG", AND READS, "I'M SORRY THAT WE WILL NEVER HAVE THE CHANCE TO MEET. / GOD BLESS YOU." THE OBJECT IS ASSOCIATED WITH VIVE (10441).
