Ground Casualty
MSGT Dale E. Collyer was a Personnel Specialist serving with Headquarters & Headquarters Company (HHC), 1st Battalion, 20th Infantry, 11th Infantry Brigade, Americal Division. On December 18, 1969, MSGT Collyer suffered a heart attack in Quang Ngai Province, RVN. Collyer was evacuated to the 106th General Hospital in Yokohama, Japan, for treatment.
