MIA Bracelet
I wore an MIA bracelet with your name on it from the early seventies through grade school. I have the bracelet memorized. Commander Richard F. Collins. 11/10/69 Navy. I wore it everyday for years. Hoping to hear of your release. I was able to find your name on the wall in DC and I made a rubbing of it. . Thank you for your service.

I am the Curator of the POW/MIA Bracelet Display in the Vietnam Hangar of the Palm Springs Air Museum in Palm Springs, California where we now have over two thousand bracelets and would be honored to include your bracelet in our Display. If you are an immediate family member (spouse, fiancé, sibling, son or daughter) I can order one for the Display in your name.

Honoring
This Memorial Day, I'm celebrating Cmd Richard Collins for his bravery & dedication. I wore his MIA bracelet for 20 years always hoping he would be found. I still have his picture that his family sent those years ago. Only now is his heroic story, as with others lost in Laos, being revealed. THANK YOU CMD COLLINS!!
