John, each time there is mention of the Vietnam Memorial, I think of you, Elliott Decora and Dale Anderson. The three of you were from New Lisbon WI. Now you, Maureen and Bill are together. RIP dear people.

What a great Infantry Company commander

For a number of years I've heard about Captain Anderson and that spring of 1968 in Vietnam. What a great Infantry Company Commander. Always leading from the front. I know one of Cpt Anderson's platoon leaders, Lt. George Reeves. The picture showing Cpt Anderson together with his Lt's, is one of my favorite and inspirational. Thank you so much for his service and his sacrifice to our great nation. Follow me.

I wouldn't mind hearing from his sons. Thanks

Remembering An American Hero

Dear Captain Dennis Keith Anderson, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, Sir

Curt Carter
