I salute and remember you on behalf of my brother Steve Wingert who was your friend and classmate at Springfield High School. Steve died in 2020 at the age of 78. He talked about you every so often throughout his life and commented with emotion that you were one of the finest people he had ever known. Perhaps you have now met again.

Thank you for your service as a Tactical Aircraft Pilot (Various.) Your 76th birthday was this month. Happy birthday. December is here, along with all the preparations. It is almost Christmas. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
