Actually died in mortar attack on main base at Tay Ninh

I was the 1st Plt Ldr of Bravo Co at FSB Crook. Did a little research and discovered that the SGT MAJ was killed in a daylight mortar at the main base camp at Tay Ninh on 06/06/1969. This is where the confusion came from. Curtis McFarland
