I was with you.
I was with you in Vietnam when you were hit...we left smoking tank and fought from a bomb crater with some infantry guys. I treated you for shock.
You passed later that day and I went to a hospital.
I think of you often brother...You were a good tank commander but luck was against us that day. You will never be forgotten by me or the other guys in the 4th Cavalry.
Maybe we'll meet again some day. I hope so.

We Will Remember
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

THANK YOU
Dear Ssgt Robert Clark,
Thank you for your service as an Armor Crewman. December has begun, along with all the preparations. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
