Just thinking of you

To My Brother,
Just to let you know I haven't forgotten you in my busy materalist life. I remember everything about you, good, bad, happy and sad. Today (11/09/02) a group of Viet Nam Vets are having a long past due welcoming home celebration (Prescott, Arizona) I have asked them to include you in the service and I had Danny (my fiance) and Troy (your baby brother that you never got to meet) take your cap, charcole Wall etching with your name, and your handsome picture in your Marine uniform to this "welcome home service." This is a special service and is mainly for Vietnan Vets but other Vets are welcome, this group helps our men deal with the problems that they have had to deal with from being in Vietnam. The group is called Mankind Project and it helps men deal with issues that they have and haven't ever had a place or a friend to talk to about those problems.
Danny took me to Vietnam last Novemeber. It was very emotional for me, we went to DaNang and China Beach which are the last places I know you were at and wrote home about. I left a beautiful red rose for you and a pink rose for all the other men that lost their lives.
Lugene just know that you are still loved and remembered by all of us.
Love from your sister,
Pam
