My Brother and My Friend
We were inseparable always together in good and not so good. Your Mom punished us as did my Mom when we goofed up. We laughed and cried together. I remember the day you took me to the airport to leave for my next duty station (preparing for 1st of 2 tours in SE Asia). You were on boot leave. We both had the feeling of death come upon us and we promised each other we would bring each other home. We BOTH KNEW one of us was wasn't going to make it. I've never had that feeling since. 3 wks later I got the call, I brought you home to rest your job was done. I visit your grave every time I need peace and we talk. I'm age 69 now, you would think the pain is less but it isn't. It won't be long now before we see one another again. Thanks for still being my Brother and Friend. You'll never be forgotten NEVER.

THANK YOU
Dear PFC Larry Clark,
Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Your 69th birthday is at the end of the month, happy birthday. December has begun, along with all the preparations. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering An American Hero
Dear PFC Larry Gene Clark, sir
As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
With respect, Sir
Curt Carter
