Dear SP4 Wilfredo Cintron-Mendez, sir:

This is the time of year that we remember all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in service of our great country. We remember you and we can't thank you enough for your sacrifice. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Rest in peace.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. One of my childhood friends, Cary Rundle, also died in this explosion. May you rest in eternal peace.

A través de mi hija, hemos dado con este "site". Igual que a ella, les he contado lo especial que fuiste y sigues siendo en mi vida. Que desde donde estés envíes luz y paz que tanto necesitamos. Su vida y sacrificio me han inspirado a vivir una vida de honor, coraje y compromiso.
