Bless you and God keep you, Sir. You were my Dad’s ( Stephen R. Hopkins) Best Man at his wedding to my Mother, Marietta, in 1957. As I was going through my Dad’s mementos, I found this mention of his name on the wall. It must have been of great sorrow to my Dad. He was a fellow pilot. Thank you for your service an know that your memory is being passed on.

Thank you for your service as a Tactical Aircraft Pilot (Various.) Your 89th birthday just passed. Happy Birthday. Happy Thanksgiving. This is the month that we remember all those who have passed-on. We remember you. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
