THANKS

Dear Sp4 Gerald Chino,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Your 70th birthday is in 2 days - happy birthday. Thanksgiving is coming. This is the month that we remember all those who have passed-on. We remember you. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear SP4 Gerald Gregory Chino, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, Sir

Curt Carter

My buddy

All this years I have been thinking of you and honoring you. And now for the first time I see your picture and every thing comes back to me on that day. I was your friend and medic and even now I see in my mind over and over about that day we lost you. I was never so mad in life at God for taking you and I have just started reading the Bible and realize now that it was not His fault but the stupid thinking of the human race. It was good to see you even if was just a picture. And if any family members read this, please e-mail me, there is so much I want to know. Andy Maldonado (DOC)
