Remembering Lee Memorial Day 2023
It has now been over 50 years, but still seems like yesterday that I saw Lee as he graduated from flight school. We lost him before I got to Vietnam.

Distinguished Flying Cross Award
Lt. Joseph Lee Chambers was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for heroism and extraordinary achievement while engaged in aerial flight. He served as a Rotary Wing Aviation Unit Commander and was assigned to B TRP, 1ST SQDN, 9TH CAVALRY, 1ST CAV DIV.
