B Company, 11th Engineer Battalion, 3rd Marine Division
My Great Uncle Dwight, who is still living, was one of the 16 wounded on this day. He recounted when they were ambushed. He recalled exactly the 3 men who died. R.I.P to his company members, and to those who live with the horrors of war everyday.
