You're Not Forgotten

Each year, your family - about 100 or so Cavallin cousins - gather in Port Lavaca for our Family Reunion, and each year, you are remembered for not only your valor & service but for your sacrifice. Generations of us cousins know you even though we never had the chance to meet you. Tex, I am your 2nd cousin, 1x removed - your grandfather John and my great grandmother Mabel are brother & sister. We continue to share stories about you so that future generations of cousins know you. My hope is that you know all this and that somehow through God's grace you know you are not forgotten.
