To fellow Marine

I served with Paul in Viet Nam and was with him in our perimeter Jan 31, 1968 on bridges on Hwy one. Paul was only in Nam for about a month. He was a good Marine, did his duty. He was the first casualty that night. RIP, Semper Fi

THANK YOU

Dear PFC Paul Carter,
Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Today is actually Columbus Day, and we remember those of you who served. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Bourne High School

I remember Paul as a very handsome upper class-man. It was such a horrible shock when the BHS family found out he had been killed. The yearbook that year has a remembrance of Paul. I've never forgotten him.
