Dear Sgt Kenneth Carter,
Thank you for your service as an Airborne Qualified Infantryman. Today is actually Columbus Day, and we remember those of you who served. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

I waited for 20 years thinking the tags got mixed up, and you'd be back.
